Lynx Aluminium
Panelwork ![]()
The skills required to carry out aluminium panelwork using the traditional method of English wheeling are becoming increasingly rare and sought after. By using this method, double curvature shapes can be achieved with the least amount of distortion to the metal itself.
At Lynx, we continue to use these time-honoured methods in our fabrication department when making bodies for our cars shaped over original wooden bucks. We also carry out intricate repairs to panels on a variety of historic sports racing cars.

Bespoke sheet metal work and aluminium panel beating is also used in our prototype development work on a wide range of projects for modern supercar applications.
