Production of the highly successful Lynx Eventer XJS shooting brake is coming to an end with the final example currently under construction at Lynx.

Lynx Eventer No 67 is being built using one of the limited production face-lifted Jaguar XJR-S 6.0 litre models. A commemorative built plate and certificate will be issued with the car.

“The Eventer has been a great success story for Lynx and it definitely re-affirms Jaguar’s phrase of ‘Grace, Pace and Space’; and having used one personally, I know the car has great merits”, commented Lynx Chairman, John Mayston-Taylor.

“As a Company, we are now looking forward to converting the next generation of luxury sports coupes and plans are well advanced in this area”.

Current models that could receive the Lynx treatment include the Jaguar XKR and the Aston Martin DB7 Vantage.
