BRIGGS CUNNINGHAM E-TYPE FEATURES AT GOODWOOD
![]()
Briggs Cunningham’s first
privately owned Jaguar E-type, which was used to develop many aspects of the
Jaguar factory Lightweights, was the focal point of a special display at the
Goodwood Festival of Speed to promote this year’s Revival Meeting to be held
during the weekend of 7th to 9th September.

The 1961 left hand drive roadster
with hardtop registered ‘9023 DU’, was raced in the US during the early
1960s and has remained in very original condition. The car is maintained and
event-prepared by Lynx Motors International.
For further information, please contact Andrew Parkinson or John Mayston-Taylor at Lynx.
