'LOST' LIGHTWEIGHT COMMENDED AT LOUIS VUITTON CLASSIC IN PARIS
The ex Kjell Qvale Lightweight E-type that survived intact for 35 years in a Los Angeles garage received a special commendation for its originality by the judging panel at this year's Louis Vuitton Classic held at the Parc de Bagatelle in Paris on Sunday 10 September.
The car was very sympathetically re-commissioned by Lynx Motors International before returning to competition at Sebring and Laguna Seca last year.
One of only two Jaguars at the event, the Lightweight attracted a great deal of interest, as this was its first appearance in mainland Europe.
